In this role, he was in charge of all CHP operations in Los Angeles County, responsible for approximately 1,600 sworn and non-sworn personnel, while serving over 13 million residents. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Relations from San Jose State University and is a four-time United States Bicycling National Champion.
